It’s surprising what can surface for us as women when we long for or become part of a community.
• Some women feel isolated and unsure how to find the support they need.
• Others are overwhelmed, giving to everyone else while burning out.
• For some, being around other women doesn’t always feel safe or nourishing.
• Some are ready to renew or reimagine their circle of support.
• Community leaders may be facing challenges they’re unsure how to navigate.
• Some groups are seeking clarity, correction, and alignment.
We all encounter challenges in group dynamics. The way we move through those difficulties – how we listen, respond, and repair – determines whether we build deeper trust or more distance. I’ve spent decades walking with women through these challenges. With compassion, experience and insight, I can help you:
• Create Deep and Lasting Friendships
• Create the kind of community you’ve been longing for
• Strengthen and deepen the ones you’re already part of
• Move through what’s getting in the way of the community you truly want
Whatever your starting point, I’m here to support you.
You can tell me what’s going on, I’ll let you know how I can help you, and if we’re a fit we’ll schedule a session.
This is an initial meet-and-greet check-in call that usually lasts about 15 minutes.
I love mentoring women, and I value accessibility.
For this reason I keep my rates low.
I charge half my normal rate for women who find me through the WWHYB community, and offer a sliding scale on top of that.
I also offer a small additional discount in the form of multi-session packages.
Sessions take the time they take. I promise one hour, but book 90 minutes, because sometimes sessions require more time. On average, most sessions last somewhere between 60 – 75 minutes.
Individual sessions are via Zoom or Phone. You will receive a recording if we work via Zoom.
Group sessions meet via Zoom.
If you cancel with 24 hours notice or more, we will reschedule.
If you cancel less than 24 before our session, the policy is to refund half the session cost, barring an emergency.
No refunds are given for no-shows.
After separating from my husband of 20 years, and then being diagnosed with breast cancer, I knew I was going to need support to get through it. What started by asking a few friends to show up for me, has become a community of women committed to showing up for each other in whatever ways are needed.
I am on a mission now to ensure that all women who want a community of Women Who Have Their Back can create one. I have started a non-profit and created a template that women anywhere in the world can use to create their own WWHYB groups.
I have a BA in Social Work, I’ve been a spiritual counselor since 1994, and I’m grateful for any opportunity to make a difference.
